Equipped with a four inch foam pommel, the Skil-Care (tm) Slide Guard Cushion promotes hip and leg abduction to promote proper positioning. The optional water-based gel surface lowers interface pressure and provides protective cooling to prevent breakdown caused by perspiration. The comfortable high-density foam adds a superior level of comfort to any chair and will retain stability. The Skil-Care (tm) Slide Guard Cushion is available in a Level or a Wedge cushion with a soft or firm foundation. See chart below for more information on exact dimensions.
