Allard USA offers the Short Lumbosacral Orthosis LSO in multiple sizes. It can be found in X-Small to 4X-Large. The size needed is based on the hip circumference of the wearer. In order to get the most accurate size, you will need to measure your hip circumference in inches. The measurement for the smallest size is 28.5 inches to 32.5 inches and the largest measurement is 48.5 inches to 52.5 inches. This back brace combines an integrated rigid anterior panel with a removable rigid posterior panel to provide all-around support that can alleviate severe to moderate pain. It will lift and support your abdominal muscles while taking stress off of your spine. Heat can be used to mold the back panel in order to create a custom fit. It is designed to be lightweight and ergonomic and will retain its shape when not in use. The elastic cinch straps allow for an adjustable fit, no matter what size brace you need.

When fitting the Short Lumbosacral Orthosis LSO, it is recommended to have a medical professional adjust it for you. Overtightening it could cause skin irritation and/or poor circulation. This Allard USA brace is created with laminated CSUS fabric in order to provide extra comfort. It should always be hand washed with cold water and then left to air dry. It is not a recommended tool if you experience diabetes, decreased skin sensitivity, or poor peripheral circulation.
