Optec USA™s anatomically designed Cervical Thoracic Orthosis delivers exceptional external immobilization in the planes of extension, flexion, rotation, and lateral bending planes of all cervical levels. This innovative CTO features an encapsulated occipital/cranial region to engender optimum control, while the anatomical configuration provides unrivaled comfort.

Available in three different unisex sizes to accommodate children, teens, and small and large adults, this CTO is constructed with strong polyethylene for durable dependability. It has washable, breathable liner pads to absorb perspiration and reduce heat buildup, adding another layer of comfort for the wearer.

Hook and loop closures make application and removal simple, and slotted bars adjust to desired mandible occipital and cranial height strapping options to suit specific needs. Pre-shaped aluminum posterior and anterior uprights and A/P height adjustments ensure specified, personalized support, while a forehead strap keeps the head from falling forward. This CTO also highlights a larger trachea opening.

The Chelsea CTO is typically indicated for C1 - T1 spinal immobilization, cervical management, and to limit rotation, flexion, and extension.

I think this is a fantastic product that was everything I hoped it to be.
The brace was almost assembled and with a few minor adjustments was a perfect fit for my body.
The results will eirpther be good or not, but there is nothing wrong with this brace. I would recommend rehab mart to anyone who needed anything they sell or needed their professional advice or asmsistance in anyway,

It is a well designed structure for sure! Matlab CAD 3D software maybe used to modify some of the flat structure into curved pads, which will fit the spine naturally. It is one of the best idea on the market. Right now, I am only adding a layer of soft foam padding under the back board.
