Its rigid anterior insert helps to unload the spine under gravitational load by providing specialized support to the intra-abdominal and viscera region, while its extended posterior panel provides extended coverage all the way from the sacrococcygeal junction to the T9 vertebrae. The plastic posterior inserts aid in maintaining neutral sagittal alignment while maximizing anatomical structure support.

Available in both 15-degree and 25-degree designs, the PROlign EXT comes in several sizes to customize its fit for each user. Immediately Relief
I am 56 year old male and I have pain in my lower back from time to time due to herniated disc. The pain I was experiencing at the time I got this product was nearing unbearable and was my last resort for relief while awaiting a steroid injection. After putting it on in the medical supply store and standing there talking to the person that fitted my in it, I began to get relief within 15 minutes and the more I wore it that day my pain lessened dramatically. I can testify this back brace works to restore your posture and relieve the pressure on the sciatic nerves that are causing the pain. If you dont try it you will miss a chance at pain relief.
