The Tilt In Space Lightweight Foldable Wheelchair s a revolutionary tilt chair that weighs just 34 pounds in transport. This type of wheelchair redistributes pressure to the lower back as well as under the legs. The frame of the Tilt In Space Lightweight Foldable Wheelchair is made of super durable yet lightweight T-6 aluminum and it tilts with the use of gas cylinders.

Its ergonomically shaped head pillow is height adjustable, to relieve pressure from the neck and shoulders. Additionally, for patient comfort, its flip-back armrests are height-adjustable and removable. This wheelchair includes a seat belt restraint.

It features newly designed footrests that swing in and away; elevating leg rests are also available. Patients that are recovering from a leg or foot injury and need their leg/s to be elevated need to consider purchasing a wheelchair with elevating leg rests.
