Does this wheelchair come fully assembled or does it require assembly? How long/hard is the assembly?

Answer: This chair arrives fully assembled. If it is not delivered, contact your supplied and do not use the chair until the issue has been resolved.

How do I clean my chair? My dog made a large mess and I am worried I will have to replace a few of my cushions. Please help!

Answer: For tough stains follow these steps:
1. Remove extra spill/mess with a damp cloth. Clean this area with a 1:1 mix of Ivory liquid and water. Rinse and dry.
2. Use Formula 409 or Fantastik Spray Cleaner and wipe it down with a clean cloth.
3. Create a mixture of 1:1 ammonia to water or 1:4 bleach to water and rinse and dry.
4. Use a straight application of naphtha (lighter fluid). Rinse and dry.
5. Use a 1:1 mix of isopropyl alcohol and water. If the stain remains, use straight alcohol and rinse with water and dry it. As last resort use a 1:1 mix of acetone and water.

What does the warranty cover for this tilt-in-space chair?

Answer: Broda provides a Lifetime Warranty for the original purchaser on the wheelchair frame and cross brace, with an additional one year warranty on all other components besides the seat pads or cloth covers.
