Versable Portable Tub Bench - ADA Compliant

Designed to help a person with an injury, weakened muscles due to surgery, who may be elderly, or who may need support to get in and out of a bathtub more safely and also be supported while bathing, this ADA Compliant Portable Shower Bench is a fantastic addition to any home or facility.

The 30-inch wide by 16-inch deep transfer bench is available with or without a back. The stainless steel frame will support an individual weighing up to 350-pounds, and when it is clamped to a tub wall it is fully ADA compliant. With the back included, the transfer bench becomes the only commercial-grade portable tub/shower seat on the market with a back. The bench comes with a clamping system that clamps to the tub wall to tightly hold the bench to the tub to provide the user an unshakable and safe journey into the tub with or without assistance.

In spite of being a lightweight 24-pound transfer bench, it is constructed to last a lifetime unlike the more inferior aluminum/plastic styles of benches that seem to become loose and dangerous and deteriorate in a few years. This strong and durable stainless steel bench has two surface options of either a Phenolic resin top that is processed under high heat to form a solid surface composite panel or a padded Naugahyde top that is seam-sealed to prevent penetration of bacteria and moisture.

This portable Tub/Shower bench should be installed by property personnel. Clamps must be tightened and have legs perpendicular to the bench with feet leveled and locked onto a FLAT surface. The feet can NOT rest on the radius of the tub.
