The Molded Wheelchair Arm Rest by Comfort Company is made of injected molded foam designed to stabilize the elbow and slightly elevate the hand and wrist to prevent edema and finger drop. The soft foam is forgiving enough to conform around the contours of the user's arm to reduce pressure on bony protrusions without sacrificing stability and support. Choose from a variety of hardware options to mount the arm rest to most standard wheelchairs. Swing-away hardware is available that allows the arm rest to be rotated out of the way so users can get into and out of their chair more easily. Please note that mounting hardware is required for proper installation of the Molded Wheelchair Arm Rest; all hardware is sold separately and not included with the purchase of a Molded Wheelchair Arm Rest.

The Molded Wheelchair Arm Rest by Comfort Company is ergonomically designed to provide optimal comfort for the user without sacrificing support and stability. The injected molded foam is made soft to conform to the contours of the user's arm, thereby reducing pressure on bony protrusions at any point from the elbow to the fingertips. A gently rounded back end helps hold the elbow in place to keep the entire arm stabilized, while the convex palm area creates slight elevation all the way from the elbow to the fingertips to prevent edema and finger drop. The outer leather-like material is water-proof, making it highly resistant to stains and easy to clean by simply wiping it down; the multi-dimensional stretch works in tandem with the foam to conform to the arm and reduce pressure on bonier areas. A variety of mounting hardware options are available to suit the needs of the user; each style takes just minutes to install and requires little to no permanent alteration. Swing-away mounting options allow the armrest to swivel out of the way so users can get into and out of their chair uninhibited. Please note that mounting hardware is required for proper installation of the Molded Wheelchair Arm Rest; all hardware is sold separately and not included with the purchase of a Molded Wheelchair Arm Rest.

	RIGID MOUNT -- The fixed interlock bracket is affixed directly to the arm base for a solid and secure attachment.
	Swing Away -- Allows the Comfort Arm to be angularly rotated side to side & adjusted front to back 7".
	EAD Hardware -- Allows are trough to be elevated in 10 degree increments & adjusted for depth up to 4". Hardware weighs only 1.2 lbs.

This armrest was too long, there are no installation instructions and it is not soft for the patient.
Your company wont allow me to return this so I will lose my payment for this
