WORKED GOOD TILL BACK SUPPORT CABLE BROKE
I HAVE BEEN USING YOU,R BACK BRACE FOR 8 WEEKS NOW AFTER BACK SURGURY, AND TODAY THE CABLE BROKE NOW WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ABOUT IT? IT WAS SUPPLIED TO ME THERW MEDICARE I THINK.

This is a great back brace!
This is the best back brace Ive tried. Most other braces are too flimsy and cannot be tightened up enough. You have to know how to use it. Pull out the wheels on the side. Pull the brace apart. Put the brace on as tight as possible. Next, push the wheels in as far as possible;
turn the wheels to tighten it. Thats all there is to it.

Love it but the cable keeps braking.
The right side cable keeps braking . This my second one. what to do?

Do not recommend!!
This brace is a joke!! I received one from my doctor in hopes for relief from degenerative arthritis pain. All this thing did was cause me more frustration. It did not offer any relief whatsoever. Let me tell you what it did do. It dug into my ribcage no matter where I placed it and when I did get it into a semi-comfortable position, I had to stand absolutely still because the second that I shifted my body in any way.....it dug straight into my ribs again. When I pulled it down, all it did was make me want to pull my pants back up. This brace will not offer any relief to anyone suffering from back pain. Please do not be led to believe otherwise.

I particularly like the new design waste band-its wider and maintains integrity better with constant bending over. I do hope the ratchets last longer than my last unit. Time will tell right?Good unit it allows me to work so I really do like it.
