In addition to the patient's weight for comfort level, there are eight (8) levels of firmness, ranging from soft to firm for ultimate patient comfort during treatment.

For bed frames that allow the patient to be seated upright, increase the pressure in each cell. To prevent unwanted changes, the Pro Dynamic Pump System comes with a panel lock. For patient safety and quick response, there is an emergency deflate function which will deflate the mattress in thirty (30) seconds, allowing medical professionals to perform CPR or other critical procedures.

This particular pressure relief mattress system is designed for long-term care facilities, as well as hospitals and nursing homes. When needed, the mattress can be deflated, rolled up and secured with its two-strap system, and carried for transportation or storage of the unit.
