More Information

For the Comfort Chair position, the Arise 1000 EX support surface system is designed to ensure patient safety and support by automatically increasing the pressure in the seat region - or Fowler Boost. Additionally, the control unit is built with a specifically styled enclosure for reducing its operating noise and boosting its durability.

Constructed specifically for the Bari10A bed frame, this support surface system comes with two CairRails that can inflate or deflate individually with the control unit, decreasing the risk of patient falls. As a safety feature, it includes a quick release hose for swift attaching and disconnecting, ensuring CPR measures can be quickly carried out. In case of a power outage, there is three-inch lower cell to provide temporary support.

Arise 1000 EX Control Unit Modes:
  • AutoFirm: For patient transfers, it inflates the mattress to its maximum capacity.
  • Pulsate: For pressure ulcer treatment, this mode fluctuates the air throughout the cells every thirty seconds, boosting patients' comfort.
  • Therapy: With eight levels, it can be custom set for patient-specific comfort, promoting wound healing and patient compliance.
