The LAL Alternating Pressure Mattress is ideal for use in hospitals, nursing homes, and home care. With 3-Air cells remaining static to enhance patient comfort, the LAL Alternating Pressure Mattress is designed to be used in the prevention, treatment, and management of Pressure Ulcers. Each 8-inch cell is constructed with 60% Nylon and 40% PU, making it extremely soft and lightweight. The mattress operates in an alternating pressure mode and can be controlled with the Mattress Pump Interface. The 8 - LPM (Liters per Minute) pump produces consistent air flow, boasting a weight capacity of 450 lbs. The mattress's Cell-on-Cell design prevents the user from "bottoming out"½ in the event of a power failure while the audible alarm will activate if pressure falls below 10 mmHg. Each Alternating Pressure Mattress contains 20 air bladders, 9 with laser holes to achieve low air loss function which helps to keep the patient cool. All CPR valves can be used to deflate the mattress quickly to save time. In addition, each Pressure Mattress comes with an 18 month limited manufacturer's warranty.
