The C-450 Power Traverse Fixed Ceiling Lift from Handicare has multiple built-in emergency features. These features include emergency raising, lowering, stopping, and power. The lift's digital display shows you battery level status, number of lifts, and lift status. When the lift has a low battery, an audible beep will alert you; the battery level will also flash. Lift starts beeping while pulling Emergency Down Strap/Switchwith strap not coming down, how do I make this stop?

Answer: The C-Series lift is equipped with dual sensors for strap tension and position. The Emergency Down Strap/Switch system only works with a load on the strap and Emergency Down Strap/Switch motion stops immediately after the lift strap is loose.
