This feature allows the ceiling lift to charge when it comes in contact with that section of the track. This option is only available for fixed ceiling lifts because the actual lift must come in contact with the track. This option is not available for the portable ceiling lift because the portable ceiling lift connects to the track by a clip.

    If I wanted to add another 10 feet of track to one of the portable 10-foot track kits?
    Answer: That is easy!
    All you would need to purchase is extra brackets and the extra 10-foot of track on page 49173.

    What cleaning products can I use to clean the ceiling lift?
    Answer: Only the exterior of the ceiling lift should be cleaned. The recommended cleaning agents are Virox Accel TB, Virox 5, Dispatch Hospital Cleaner disinfectant towels with Bleach, Clorox Healthcare Professional Disinfecting Bleach Wipes, Sani-Cloth super germicidal disposable wipes, or Virocidin-X. Use a damp cloth with the cleaning agent and wipe down the entire exterior of the lift and carry bar. (Other chemicals not listed above should not be used to clean this lift.)
    How do I figure out what type of rail configuration do I need, and what parts do I buy for it?
    Answer: When deciding what kind of rail/lift system configuration your need, answer the following questions:
    1.) How long should your overhead track be
    2.) Determine what weight capacity your ceiling lift should have
    3.) Whether you want a portable or fixed ceiling lift

    The answers to these questions will help you select one of the 3 lengths and what type of lift you are looking for within the length category.
    Is the portable lift available on the 12.5 or 20-foot rail systems?
    Answer: No, the portable lift is not available for the 12.5 or 20-foot rail systems.
