More Information

The FLUX Slim-Line Daily Living Chair provides a comfortable assistive tool for performing activities of daily living. This chair is specially designed to be both comfortable and functional but with a look that is more like a chair than a wheelchair, making you feel more at home when you use it. The stand-out feature of the FLUX Slim-Line Daily Living Chair is the 21.5-inch width that allows this chair to easily maneuver around tight corners and through narrow doorways, even through bathroom doors, for a practical assistive tool that doesn't require you to move or renovate your home to make it wheelchair accessible.

This chair is built with a sturdy steel frame for maximum durability and a generous three inches of seat padding for improved comfort. The seatback is ventilated with breathable mesh fabric to accommodate active use and is contoured for lumbar support. The unique waterfall design reduces pressure on the knees and improves circulation, while the contoured seat dissipates pressure for comfortable sitting even through extended use. The rear wheels are extra-large to enable freedom of movement while the front wheels are medical-grade casters to allow easy movement over carpet and thresholds.

This chair is easily adjustable in height and reclines with the convenient pneumatic knobs just under the seat. The seat height adjusts from 18-inches to 24-inches, and the recline adjusts up to 22-degrees with a comfortable adjustment speed controlled by tilt tension. For your convenience, this chair includes an upright tilt lock to secure the chair in the fully upright position and a locking mechanism for the front casters that allow you to use your chair in a stationary position. To accommodate most patients, this chair includes a weight capacity of 300-lbs.

Very comfortable chair, easy to navigate through narrow spaces. Some of the plastic parts are not that well manufactured, few of them are a bit edgy. We couldn't put up the hand rings due to the narrowness of our doors, so I use the wheel itself to drive what also has a quite sharp touching.

Just a computer chair on wheels. Brakes impossible to use. If you try to push the chair, the chair section will rotate into the wheels

Like the easy mobility it affords me. great in small spaces easy to maneuver. The brakes are under the seat and not reachable for me. Not able to unlock the front caster locks can step on them to lock but not unlock. The seat continues to tip forward constantly readjusting. This is not a chair to sit in for hours on end.
