Made in the USA, the recliner features a unique position lock that can stabilize the position for optimum patient comfort. The patented link and pin mechanic allows the chair to smoothly transition between a seemingly infinite amount of possible positions. The chair also contains a unique suspension system that self-adjusts to cradle each user, reducing the risk of bottoming out. The extra-wide armrests and side panels are padded for patient comfort and are a bit lower than typical recliners to allow the recliner to fit under tables for dining or other activities. The armrests also have wall saver caps which increase the durability of the chair and protect the walls from accidental bumps. The steel frame is coated in a durable epoxy coat that is easy to clean. The upholstery can be removed for easy cleaning and replacement if necessary. If you would like, the Ultra-Flex suspension bands can be adjusted while the upholstery is removed to best fit the patients comfort requirements. The upholstery that goes on the back and seat portion are sulfide stain, mildew, and oil resistant which allows the upholstery to have an extended lifespan. At the bottom of the chair are four Tente swivel casters, three of which are locking in order to facilitate the maneuverability of the chair and secure the chair when locked. The casters also feature a directional lock that enables the chair to move directly forward while moving.
