Harmar Power Tote Manual Wheelchair Carrier makes transportation of manual wheelchairs simple. Attaching on a standard ball mount and Class I, II, or III hitches, the outside lift sits on the car at bumper level. Safe securement is achieved with an adjustable hold-down arm. It has the ability to support up to 100 lbs. Operation is easy, with just one switch to control operation. Manually fold the Harmar Power Tote Manual Wheelchair Carrier when not in use. The ball mount comes standard, but upgrades are available for hitches. A swing-away option is also available for accessing the vehicle trunk even with the manual wheelchair carrier still attached. No chair modifications are required. A manual crank backup and license plate mount are included. The control box with license plate mount includes an easy switch, key lock, and a courtesy light.
