This multi-functional table includes a hydraulic adjustment mechanism that enables heights from 27 to 37 inches, suitable for both standing and sitting workout positions.
The T-shaped layout of the table allows for a wide range of exercises, featuring a primary area that is 27 inches long and 17 inches wide, narrowing down to 8.5 inches. The strong foundation has an external width of 30 inches and an internal width of 25.5 inches, providing stability when being used. To ensure increased security, the table comes with heavy-duty wheels and secure locking mechanisms.
Four locking brackets make it easier to mount ergometer devices and securely attach compatible equipment.
