Hand Loop options
Available as a single unit or in a pair, the Hand Loops provide the patient with additional stability during use with the Moxie GT Gait Trainer. These hand loops are angle adjustable, allowing the patient's hands to be in a comfortable position. In addition to their adjustability, they can be mounted anywhere on the top bar, providing the most custom fitting stability to your patient.
Guide Bar
Easily mount the guide bar to the center of the top bar at the front. This gives the caregiver a tool if necessary assistance is needed for their patient while in the gait trainer. Additionally, it has the ability to be rotated up to 180 degrees, and can be used to push or pull the gait trainer.
Handgrip options
Mountable anywhere on the top bar, the handgrip is designed to provide the patient with additional stability support. Available as a single or pair, this option is height adjustable and rotates, giving the user a more customized and comfortable feel.
Ankle Prompts options
Easily clip the Ankle Prompt(s) to the gait trainer to prevent the legs and/or feet from scissoring, ensuring the user's leg stays in an abducted position. This particular option is best for users that struggle with spasticity, motor control. ataxia, and excessive adduction. Choose the right size: small, medium, or large.
Hip Positioner and Pad
With its removable pad, the hip positioner system provides the user with the option of either building strength through weight bearing techniques or a safety mechanism while in the gait trainer. Constructed of height adjustable harnesses, its design allows the user to shift their weight from one leg to the other. Install the positioner straps according to what the patient needs due to it affecting the patient's pelvic positioning.
Soft Seat Harness
Similar to the purpose of the Hip Positioner and Pad system, the Soft Seat Harness allows the user to shift their weight from one foot to the other, moving with their gait pattern easily. The straps are adjustable and can be changed along the frame, allowing the caregiver to position the patient in accordance with their needs for gait training. Assisting the patient, this option also keeps the patient's pelvic in a particular position, and can be utilized as a safety sling.
Forearm Platform options
These forearm prompts are adjustable in their height, depth, and angle, providing the most comfortable and custom fit to a patient. The built in handlegrips are also adjustable in that they can extend forward or backward and their angle, adding to their customized fit to the user. Mountable anywhere, this optional add-on could be installed facing in or outside of the handlebars, allowing for lateral adjustability. Available in two sizes, the armrests of the Forearm Platforms are contoured for added comfort, and include wrist straps.
Thigh Prompt options
With the choice of small or large, the thigh prompts are height adjustable. They can be positioned closer to or further from the user, choosing the precise limit on abduction or adduction. Flowing with the user's gait pattern, the thigh prompts allow user's weight to shift from one leg to the other, preventing their legs from scissoring.
Trunk Support
Available in 3 sizes: small (14" - 28"), medium (22" - 40"), and large (28" - 50"). Fully adjustable, customize the trunk secure support can be adjusted in its height, depth, width, and angle, providing a comfortable and snug fit for the patient. Padded for comfort, this option is designed to stay open, making transfers in and out of the gait trainer just as easy. Mountable inside or outside of the handlebar, the strap system can be adjusted to provide a wide range of trunk support for users. At its lowest position, this trunk support could even be used as a pelvic positioner.
