Are you looking for an easy to use gait trainer for young patients? The Meywalk 2000 Gait Trainer features a unique lifting and lowering system, preventing the back stress of lifting the patient into their gait trainer. Instead, the patient or caregiver will be able to transfer the patient into the junior walking aid from their wheelchair at its seat height. Once the patient has been transferred, then the patient or caregiver may pressed down on the lift bar. The lift bar is constructed to easily lift the patient off of the seat and into a standing position.
The trunk support of the Meywalk 2000 Gait Trainer is designed for holding the patient upright in a secure manner without compromising their comfort. The walking aid's rear stop is built to prevent the user from slipping off their seat, as well as supports their lower back. The large wheels allow the Meywalk 2000 to be utilized indoors and outdoors, providing a versatile gait training experience. The position of the patient may be set from a vertical, upright position to bent forward at fifteen degrees, allowing the body to be inclined for better control.
