The New Bug Special Needs Stroller provides comfortable positioning with tilt-in-space and adjustable features. The New Bug adjusts in width and depth to allow the stroller to be used for longer as the child grows.
The 4-Wheel Base has puncture proof tires for easy use outdoors without worry. The front tires measure 6.7" (17 cm) with back tires on the small size measuring 9.8" (25 cm) and the medium size measuring 11.8" (30 cm). The base is lightweight with independent drum brakes, directional locks, and shock absorbers.
A range of adjustments allows the New Bug Stroller to grow with the child for longer use. The seat can be removed from the base while retaining all tilt and recline functions. This helps enable the child to be closer to objects and peers, promoting better social interaction.
The backrest is reclinable up to 40 degrees and adjusts in height 3.9" (10 cm) for the small size and 5.9" (15 cm) for the medium size. The hinge is located on the same area as the child's pelvis for more natural movements.
An integrated headrest allows the child to comfortably rest their head while helping to improve posture and form. The headrest supports the head during transport and tilt adjustments. The footrest tips up and is adjustable for flexion-extension. An adjustable legrest fits the individual child's size.
The push-handle is height adjustable for a more comfortable experience to the caretaker pushing the stroller.
