How do I adjust the footrest on the Gemini Power Wheelchair?

Answer: The footrest can be adjusted by first removing the seat and the cover, removing the bolts and nuts with a 10 mm hex wrench, sliding the platform to your desired height, and then replacing the bolts and nuts back from where they were removed and then tightening them.

All of the LEDs are flashing on the controller of my Gemini Power Wheelchair, what does this mean?

Answer: This display means that the SHARK controller has detected an out of neutral at power-up condition. To solve this issue release the joystick back to neutral.

Can I move the joystick from the right armrest to the left armrest? is this possible?

Answer: Yes, you can move the joystick from one armrest to the other by first disconnecting the joystick cable. Then both sets of armrests should be removed while the joystick is still secured to one of the armrests. Swap the armrests and then retighten the knobs to firmly secure the armrests.
