McKesson Wheelchair with Dual Axle and Desk Length Arms

The McKesson Lightweight Desk Arm Wheelchair features a supportive dual axle frame and padded desk length arms. There are three different seat widths available and two different lower-body supports to best serve the needs of the individual. Widths of 16, 18, and 20-inches al accommodate a hefty weight limit of 300-pounds. There are swing-away footrests or swing-away elevating leg-rests.

The two styles of lower body supports are available as just a footrest or a foot and leg-rest. Both styles come standard with a swing-away feature that makes transfers and standing up much easier. Each model is length adjustable as well to accommodate to each users height. Both footrests and leg-rests come with plastic foot platforms and heel loop sections that support the entire foot. The swing-away elevating leg-rests feature a large padded section that supports the calf muscles. They require zero tools to adjust.

The armrests are shortened to enhance wheelchair access around tables, desks, or counters. These armrests are equipped with an array of assistive features that increase user accessibility and independence in life. The armrests can flip-back to momentarily create a means of assess. The armrest can fully be removed to create more access around various table heights and lateral transfers. The flip-up feature ensures that the armrests are always within reach for the individuals comfort and support.

The dual axel frame is crafted from carbon steel with a silver-vein finish that adds texture, visual appeal, and support. The applied finish makes it easy to clean and maintain with proper care.
