The bar is a great alternative to traditional bed rails that may get in the way during transitions in and out of bed. Ideally this will reduce the risk of accidents as well. The bar itself mounts onto the ceiling securely for additional safety. In order to add additional security the bar is able to be removed from the mount not in use. It is also able to be conveniently slid out of the way when needed. Additional benefits are offered with the bars new redesigned ergonomic leverage points. These help to maximize your strength in order to easily change positions without the straining of your muscles or joints. The e2 Ceiling Mounted Trapeze Bar is available in two lengths in options of 24 inches or 32 inches. The bar itself is made of a durable anti-microbial powder coating placed on alloy steel construction. The grip of the device is made of latex-free, non-slip PVC closed foam material. The device is able to safely uphold individuals up to 300 pounds.
