This system can carry up to 440-lbs in an 84-inch-long by 74-inch-wide footprint, and is ideal to use in small spaces. This system is meant to be used in conjunction with the Maxi Sky lift, which is sold separately.

The entire system is highly portable for your convenience and can fit into one tote bag weighing 93.5-lbs. Use the EasyTrack 3 Post System while you travel in small hotel spaces, or in temporary housing such as apartments or rental homes. The pressure foot plates will hold securely against the floor and ceiling so that the system can be placed anywhere that is convenient inside. This system can be set up and operated by a single caregiver, and comes with a clip-on level to ensure that the tracks are properly installed for the most stable experience.

How long is the EasyTrack 3 Post System meant to last?

Answer: This track was designed to last either 7 years, or 10,000 transfers, whichever comes first. If you do 4 transfers a day, it will last 7 years. If you do 6 a day, it will last 4.5 years, and if you do 8 transfers a day, it will last 3.5 years.

What are the ceiling requirements to set up the EasyTrack 3 Post System?

Answer: The Easytrack must be installed to a rigid ceiling that has a framework above it. It must have a maximum of 24 inches between the trusses or joints in the ceiling. Must be made of wood or sheetrock at least a 1/2 inch or thicker. The ceiling must be clear of any dust, grease, water, or foreign substance.

I'm trying to set up my Easytrack and the fixed track comes completely apart during assembly. What do I do?

Answer: This means the track was pulled past the locking device. Take the following steps to fix:
1) Check locking device inside track (top right of the trolley) to make sure it is not damaged.
2)Put track back together at a slight angle and slide together.
3) Slowly extend track out again to make sure locking device clicks into place.
4) Slowly compress the track again.
