What is the warranty on the Domus 2S by Wellell?
Answer: The pump has a warranty of one year. The bubble pad has a warranty of six months. The warranty does not cover the following: The series number label of pump/pad is turned off or cannot be recognized, damage to the pump/pad resulting from misconnections with other devices, damage to the device resulting from accidents.
What is Domus 2s?
Answer: Alternating Pressure mattress, entry level product suitable for patient with low risk of pressure injury.
What’s the difference between Domus 1 & Domus 2s
Answer: Domus 2s is 5” in height, with heel slope design, higher weight capacity.
Is the pump 220v friendly?
Answer: No, it’s for 120v only. (All Apex pump is 120v only)
Will it fit normal home bed or hospital bed?
Answer: Yes!

What does the heel slope mean?
Answer: The air cells on heel section is only 3.5” high, making vulnerable heel area floated and hence relieve pressure.
Do I need to place a foam/mattress underneath Domus 2s?
Answer: Yes, Domus 2s is an overlay mattress, so a foam/mattress is strongly recommended to put underneath.
What therapy mode it offers?
Answer: Alternating mode, half of the air cells inflate, while another half deflate to redistribute pressure points.
What is the cycle time of alternation?
Answer: 8 minutes.
How to install the mattress?
Answer: Put the mattress on your bed, connect the pump & mattress with the grey tubing, plug in power cord , turn on the pump and set pressure level to maximum.

How long does it take to fully inflate the mattress?
Answer: Initial inflation takes around 30-40 minutes.
Is the Domus 2S by Wellell safe to be around water?
Answer: No. To reduce risk of electrocution, always unplug this product immediately after using. Do not use while bathing. Do not place or store product where it could fall in tub/sink. Do not place in or drop into water or other liquid. Do not reach for a product that has fallen into water. Unplug immediately.
There is no air being produced from some of the air outlets of the air tube connector. Is this normal?
Answer: This is normal since there is an alternating mode. Air outlets take turns producing air during their cycle time.
Why is the mattress not inflated?
Answer: Check if the tubing is correctly connected with pump and mattress, check if the pump is plugged to power cord and turned on.
Where should I put the pump?
Answer: There are hangers on the pump. If possible, we recommend to hang the pump at foot side of the bed
