I am generally satisfied with this chair and the person for whom I purchased it now uses it daily. The only issue is that the pedals are not adjustable but what you get is fair for the price. We bought an extra, more comfortable seat for full-time use. I would have given this chair five stars if the pedals were adjustable and the chair could be adjusted to fit other people. I would recommend this to others, but with limitations. For Rehabmart.com in general, I would give their overall service and customer care four stars as well.
