Wheelchair Soft Top Lap Trays

Wheelchair Soft Top Lap Trays can be used as therapeutic interventions that help achieve proper body position, balance, and alignment. Some residents will be able to remove the trays themselves, and some will not. For those who are not able to remove the tray themselves, the Wheelchair Soft Top Lap Trays could be considered as a restraint. Wheelchair Soft Top Lap Tray Features:
The Wheelchair Soft Top Lap Trays help with upper body control and in achieving proper positioning, balance, and alignment. Available in nylon or vinyl covers, the tray is made with heat sealed vinyl over a plywood base that has a 1" foam surface laminated on the top of the wooden base. An around-the-chair strap prevents residents from sliding forward, and easy-open Velcro closures ensure securement. Bariatric sizes are available with nylon covers. The Wheelchair Soft Top Lap Trays can be used as activity surfaces for eating, writing, and activities.

Dura-Tray
The plastic Dura Tray is 1/4" thick. Two straps are placed around each of the armrests. A 1" strap around the wheelchair uses a 1" plastic buckle. The arm rest straps have an easy release Velcro attachment with a red loop for those who lack adequate finger strength.

Easy Care
The long lasting durable surface can be wiped clean with a damp cloth or sponge. Replacement Velcro Bands are available for replacement.

Note: SofTop Trays are reversible. The unpadded side may be used when a firm surface is required.
