The Swede-O Strap Lok Ankle Brace was thoughtfully constructed to support injured ankles and prevent re-injury of healing or healed ankles. This brace has an Ankle Lok lacing system to keep the ankle in a safe, supportive position. The laces do not stretch, which allows the brace to provided consistent stability. A strap locks the laces in place. The back of the brace is a comfortable elastic that lessens the likelihood of irritation. This brace is intended to be worn over a sock and fit comfortably in an athletic shoe. Professional athletes often take part in taping procedures to stabilize ankles. This brace was designed to replicate the stability that comes from properly executed taping. Swede-O Strap Lok Ankle Brace slides on over a sock with ease and then can be securely fastened.

The non-stretch laces are set between an inner and outer panel. The laces are organized in a figure-eight pattern and do not stretch, which keeps the ankle in the desired position. After tightening the laces, a top strap secures them in place. The back of the brace is a panel of elastic that is designed to reduce the likelihood of irritation and blistering. Other parts of the Strap Lok Ankle Brace are made from a strong yet lightweight nylon.

The thin yet supportive design allows the brace to be worn with athletic shoes so that training and exercise can continue.
