The Superlite Straight Knee Immobilizer from DeRoyal is a reliable single-piece solution designed to prevent leg movement while providing optimal recovery support for various knee injuries. It's used to treat mild to severe knee injuries or used as additional leg support following leg surgery but can treat Grade II and III collateral ligament sprains, Patellar dislocations, and osteochondral fractures.

This knee immobilizer was constructed as a long and lightweight piece of perforated canvas with tricot lining. The construction of canvas and tricot fabric allows the knee immobilizer to be lightweight and sturdy to provide enough compression to keep the knee rehabilitated. A perforated design optimizes the airflow within the device, prompting moisture to be absorbed, offering a cooling solution, and preventing bacterial growth. Therefore, this design allows the user to be constantly comfortable while receiving enough support to wear the device for prolonged periods.

While staying comfortable, the canvas construction also acts as a cushioning surface to compress and keep the leg immobilized.
