By combining safety, comfort, and functionality into one compact package, the Stryker S3 MedSurg Hospital Bed from DiaMedical USA gives medical care facilities everything they need to deliver the best possible experience for their patients. The bed is deliberately easy to use - patients can easily change settings through the interface located on the side rail, while more advanced controls are conveniently placed on the footboard for the caregiver's use.

Patients will have no trouble entering and exiting the bed by using the side rails at the head and foot of the bed, especially considering the height of the bed is adjustable between 16 and 30-inches off the ground. Patient safety is further enhanced by the bevy of options the Stryker S3 MedSurg Hospital Bed gives caregivers to monitor status - they are able to set parameters from the side of the bed, and will receive alerts remotely if any of those parameters are broken, making security tight even when the caregiver has left the room.

For your convenience, this bed comes with optional white glove delivery and installation, as well as the removal of your previous bed if necessary.

What all does this entail?

Disassemble: All bed components are removed and carefully inspected.

Clean: The bed and its parts are thoroughly washed to be made free of dirt, grime, and any tape residue. This step also includes a sanitization process which prepares the bed for any necessary repairs and painting.

Repair: Damaged, missing, or faulty parts are removed and replaced with OEM components. All moving parts are well lubricated, and the bed casters are removed and replaced.

Reassemble: The bed is reassembled to factory specifications.

Relabel: All bed parts are relabeled with OEM equipment labels and decals; the bed itself maintains its OEM serial ID.

Final Inspection: All bed hardware is checked, tuned (if needed), and electrically inspected. The bed's side rail functions are checked and tuned accordingly, as well as the bed's internal circuit boards. Finally, the bed receives a final cleaning to ensure that you receive the cleanest, most like-new product possible.

Safety is a priority in the bed's construction, as shown by the BackSmart side rails, removable headboard (for CPR purposes), and central brake pedal to keep the bed from shifting on the floor. The bed can connect to Nurse Call and EMRs through iBed Wireless, and the Chaperone Bed Exit System helps caregivers prevent falls and accidents with remote alerts, allowing the connection between patients and caregivers to remain secure even when the caregiver is not in the room.
