Innovative Cell Lock Technology allows the user to stop the flow of air between each cell in the cushion for ultimate control of pressure and positioning in the cushion. Instead of just regulating the air pressure in a dual or quad-zone configuration or simply moving the air from one side to the other or front to back, this cushion can be custom-fitted and the support position then locked into place for fully-customized therapeutic stability. This provides the stability of a custom-molded foam cushion with the pressure equalization and skin protection benefits of a multicellular air cushion.

This unique positioning cushion is the most aggressive positioning cushion on the market, allowing a therapist or caregiver to correct or accommodate seating concerns such as a pelvic obliquity or other positioning issue and keep the user in the exact desired spot by stopping the flow of air once the correct position and immersion is achieved, creating a void or no-contact zone where it½s needed most.
