Designed to enable convenient storage and transport of medical charts, the Standard Horizontal Cabinet Style Chart Racks from Omnimed come in a comprehensive selection of size options to suit every facilitys needs perfectly. In two different configurations to hold charts with spines measuring either 2 ¾-inches or 3 ½-inches, these racks can hold anywhere from 10 to 60 charts, depending on the size chosen.

Durably constructed with a welded-steel frame in two different color choices of beige or woodgrain, the racks also feature coated-wire organizers, and are built to withstand hard and heavy use in medical facilities. The organizers are slightly angled for easier identification and retrieval, and the racks universal design allows for the storage of top and side chart binders within the same rack.

Their four rubber casters facilitate smooth, gliding mobility, with two that lock for stationary security. These chart racks provide convenient organization, storage, and transport of medical records and patient charts.
