The Standard Horizontal Open Chart Racks are designed to provide a convenient way to organize patient information charts in one place for easy storage and retrieval. The welded steel-framed chart rack has wire organizers to hold the charts on a slight angle that allows the user to easily read the patient's name on the binder. The racks are equipped with 4" rubber casters for easy mobility within a nurse's station or during patient room visits by medical staff.

Notice: This unique custom fabricated item is made-to-order using a "Just in Time" manufacturing process. This is designed to keep your cost lower, but may require an additional 2 - 3 week lead time before your product ships.

The Standard Horizontal Open Chart Racks are used by hospitals, medical clinics, school offices, and other medical facilities to help organize patient medical charts in one localized place where they can be easily retrieved when needed.

The racks have a welded steel frame construction and coated wire organizers for the charts. The chart organizers are designed to hold the patient charts on a slight upward angle that allows the user to easily identify the patient's name on the chart and the universal design of the racks allows the storage of top and side chart binders equally well within the same chart rack.

The rack has large, smooth-rolling solid glide rubber casters that allow the chart rack to be easily transported over a wide array of indoor floor surfaces and two of the casters lock for safety and to stay in place when needed.

The various available models have a range of chart storage between 8 to 40 charts and are ideal for use in a busy nurse station and doctor's office. The chart racks are shipped fully assembled and ready to use and they come with a seven-year guarantee.
