Providing a simple and convenient way to store and organize patient medical charts, the Tall Horizontal Open Chart Racks from Omnimed are designed in a narrow, taller configuration to facilitate storage in limited spaces. Available in a comprehensive selection of sizes to hold varying amounts of charts, the racks will either fit with charts that have a spine measuring 2 ¾-inches or 3 ½-inches in width. Size selections include a 15, 30, 45, and 60-capacity for the 2 ¾-inch chart size and a 12, 24, 36, and 48-capacity for the 3 ½-inch chart size.

Durably constructed with a welded-steel frame to stand up to hard and heavy usage in busy medical environments, this cart is easy to access for simple chart retrieval with its open-front design. Easy to maneuver with its four smooth-rolling, silent, 4-inch diameter rubber casters, the rack can be wheeled out of the way when its not in use and locked into a stationary position with two locking casters.
