All measurement results are digitally displayed on the monitor's 4" easy-to-read LCD screen. The system is simple to use and operates at the literal press of a single button. Each monitor measures systolic and diastolic blood pressure, MAP (mean arterial pressure), and heart rate - saving time and enriching convenience for patient and physician alike.
There are three modes of operation for each blood pressure monitor:
- Oscillometric Mode provides rapid results that only take 30-40 seconds.
- Auscultatory Mode features an auto-deflate function that supplies consistent measurement. It operates at a speed of 3mmHg/sec and enables physicians to read and record the readings without having to remove the pressure cuff.
- Average Mode allows for more objective measurements. This helps reduce unusually elevated readings that may result from "white coat syndrome". Additionally, this mode supports interval settings of 15, 30, 45, and 60 seconds to further simplify readings.
All models support arrythmia detection, effectively assisting in the treatment of patients. Each model is clinically validated for patients exhibiting hypertension, hypotension, diabetes, pregnancy, pre-eclampsia, ateriosclerosis, end-stage renal disease, and obesity. These blood pressure monitors may be used on patients above the age of three as well as elderly patients.
The RBP-100 Digital Automatic Blood Pressure Monitors feature rechargeable internal battery packs that easily support up to 1,000 measurements with a full charge. The systems also possess a memory capacity of 210 readings, allowing your office to treat as many patients as needed without missing a beat. The monitors have a partial standby mode that keeps the system on but shuts off the background illumination; this standby mode activates after 10 seconds of inactivity. For your accommodation and optimized convenience, each monitoring system comes with a storage basket that keeps essential blood pressure equipment easily accessible. Further, each model comes with an adult cuff (size medium, fits biceps 8.67"-12.6") and a large adult cuff (size large/x-large, fits biceps 12.6"-20.48").
All models come with a 2-year warranty in the event of manufacturer's defect(s).
