For safety, be sure to follow these recommended steps.

1. Place the frame and one side rail inside your vehicle and confirm you can close the trunk to ensure compatibility.
2. Install and secure the frame using metal plates and suctions.
3. Slide in the side rails until they click, and secure them on the sides and front.
4. Check that the dial is red, install the inside rails, and move the indicator to green.
5. Attach the center bar to L2 and R2 before adding the front support bars.
6. Check that you installed the ramp according to ComfyGos video instructions.

Once you're ready to use the device, follow these steps:

1. Park your vehicle on a flat surface and activate the emergency brake.
2. Pull the pre-installed ramps from your car until you see OK.
3. Remove the storage basket, fold the scooter down one section at a time, and secure the tiller and seat with safety straps.
4. Line the scooter up with the front wheels next to the base of the ramp.
5. Pull the side level on the scooter until the rear light flashes, and then pull the lever in the back.
6. Using the remote control, press the up arrow, walking alongside the scooter as it goes up the ramp.
7. Tuck the remote control away in the back lock box, then move the ramp into the car.
8. Secure the scooter with seat belts on each side before closing your trunk.

Can the armrests be adjusted?
Answer: Yes. Both armrests can be raised to easily allow for a user transfer, using a table, and adjustments for convenience.
Can the scooter be used off of the pavement?
Answer: Yes. The Quingo Flyte has no problems traversing compacted dirt and low grass.
