What surfaces will work and what will not work with the QuattroPower Bathroom Grab Bar?

Answer: Surfaces that will work are tile larger than 5" by 5", smooth fiberglass, porcelain, enamel-coated cast iron tubs, and vinyl, plastic, or fiberglass tubs surrounds that are firmly attached to the wall.

What will NOT work is new construction (the suction pad will pull the pain), natural stone that has not been coated with sealant, texted surfaces, cracked plaster, small tiles, dirty surfaces, or wallpaper.

How can I tell that the suction is working properly on the QuattroPower Bathroom Grab Bar System?

Answer: There is a vacuum safety indicator featured on the bar. It permanently monitors and measures the vacuum state (the adhesive strength). If the warning jack is sunk flat in the lever, the adhesive strength is correct. If you see a red edge, the suction head should be released and refastened.
