The 1 diameter bars are made of white, powder-coated steel, made long-lasting, and attractive to match any bathroom d½cor. 2-inch screws are included and made of stainless steel for strength and corrosion prevention. To prevent rusting, the bars are easy to wipe down and remove excess water. The bars protrude 1.5 from the wall, leaving enough room for the fingers and hand to wrap easily around the bar without sticking out too far and taking up too much space in the shower or bath.
