The flame resistant and latex-free Protekt O2 Air Cushion uses soft, interconnected air cells to absorb pressure, helping to prevent pressure ulcers. The air cells can be adjusted from 2"½ to 4"½, depending on the air fill level. The neoprene wheelchair cushion allows the pelvis to be immersed into the air cells so pressure on the body is reduced, protecting the skin. The Protekt O2 Air Cushion features two compartments that can be filled independently, helping with issues such as pelvic obliquity and sacral seating. The Protekt O2 Air Cushion also helps ensure correct posture. The cushion has a breathable nylon cover with a non-skid bottom and a safety strap used to secure the cushion in place. This cushion also comes with a hand pump and patching kit.
