The Phonate Speaking Valve is made for alert tracheostomy patients that do not need mechanical ventilating. This tracheal care unit's valve design allows users to breathe easier. The Phonate Speaking Valve can be attached to tracheaostomy tubes with 15mm connectors. The tracheal care item is inserted below the vocal cords, allowing the user to speak without using their finger to obstruct the valve. It is easy to clean, which makes the user less at risk for hygiene or infection risks.

The Phonate Speaking Valve is inserted below the vocal cords, allowing the user to speak without having to block the speaking valve. This tracheal care item will connect to 15mm connectors. The airflow through the oral and nasal chambers lessen secretions, increases the ability to smell, and enhances swallowing. Its designed to decrease the amount of work needed to breathe and to reduce the risk of infection, with its easy to clean design. The lightweight matter decrease the pressure of the stoma site, increasing the user's comfort.
