The Pediatric Ratchet Post Operative Pin Knee Orthosis has a ratchet mechanism that allows incremental, locked positioning, and flexion/extension ROM control in 5-degree increments. Flip a lever to extend the angle of the limb in 10-degree increments from 0-60 degrees. For sizing, measure the leg's circumference around mid-thigh. The Pediatric Ratchet Post Operative Pin Knee Orthosis requires a physician's prescription.

Each Pediatric Ratchet Post Operative Pin Knee Orthosis has a one-piece breathable, washable liner that draws moisture away from skin to prevent skin breakdown and improve patient comfort.

Hinges for the brace are sold separately. The included kneecap provides 3-point support.

Indicated for use post-surgery, for ligament repairs, and for instability and soft tissue contractures.
