strong easy to assemble

The products works. This is the only thing good that I can say about it. It is being used by an elderly person who is 85. She has arthritis and problems turning, pushing and pulling. This is not as good as the other chair that you had. Unfortunately it was lost in a fire. The back doesnt recline when it goes down. You have to stand behind the chair to unplug the control and the buttons are hard to push. This is inconvenient and difficult for an elderly person.

This is my 2nd Bathmaster Sonaris 2 Bath Lift - It works perfectly and is easy to get in and out of - I think the suction feet need to be designed better so that the unit can be moved for cleaning -

Very good

This is a very good product and functions as it should, unfortunately, i cannot use it in my bath tub because the side flaps are in the way when the bath chair starts to decend down into tub with a person on it, their is not enough room for the flaps, tub width is just a little to narrow. I will keep it anyway and may move and find a wider tub. Thank you for making this product but maybe you should either leave the flaps off or make it detachable. JA.
