Product Overview:

These Aquatec Powered Reclining Bath Lifts install easily into your standard tub and use a rechargeable lithium-ion battery to lower you into your tub and back out again. The battery will not lower down if there isn't enough charge to raise the user up again. A tri-folding seat automatically adjusts from a flat position at the top of your tub to a U-shaped position at the bottom. When fully lowered, the lift sits an incredible 2.5 inches from your tub floor. A mesh-like material covers the seat to provide a texture that prevents slipping. All adjustments are made with a simple hand control attached via a coiled cord to ensure access to the pendant at all times. Choose from the standard R model, XL model with additional 75-pound weight capacity, or the SRB model with tri-folding backrest and padded chest belt.

More Information

The Aquatec Powered Reclining Bath Lifts are here to bring back independence in bathing without sacrificing safety. The lift is powered by a rechargeable lithium-ion battery designed to lower down only if there is enough power to raise back up, preventing users from becoming trapped in the tub. With the push of a button, the lift will rise up to the upper edge of your bathtub to meet you where you're at and facilitate easier, safer lateral transfers; another touch of a button, and you can lower all the way down to the incredible height of just 2.5 inches, sitting almost flush with the bottom of your tub. Once lowered to the desired height, the backrest can recline up to 40 degrees to set you at a gentle incline. This can help prevent soapy water from dripping into your eyes and is also significantly more comfortable for most individuals. When bathing is complete, the reinforced lifting mechanism will raise you back up to the lip of your tub. A simple, floating hand control operates all adjustments; the long coil cord ensures control is always at the user's fingertips.

The seat of the lift uses a tri-fold design that spreads out flat when it's reached the top of the tub but folds up to a U-shape when lowered. Mesh-like cover material is included with the lift to provide additional comfort as well as a textured surface to prevent slipping. Self-releasing suction cups keep the seat and outer flaps secure at all times. The backrest is extra-tall and features integrated neck support to ensure the upper body is properly supported; the entire frame breaks down into two easily transported and stored components. Choose from a standard R bath lift, an XL lift that can support an extra 75 pounds, and the SRB lift that features a tri-folding backrest and padded chest strap to aid those who have limited upper body control.
