Can I change the tilt angle of the armrest? How can I do this? Do I need any tools?

Answer: The tilt angle of the armrest can be changed by using an Allen wrench to loosen the jam nut and adjustment screw and then turning the set net counter-clockwise to raise the armrest or clockwise to lower the armrest.

Do the motors on the Junior Wheelchair always have to be engaged? I need to push the wheelchair but I can't since the motors are locked and it makes moving the wheelchair extremely difficult.

Answer: Yes, the drive motors can be disengaged by turning the freewheel level outward to disengage the drive motors.

Is it alright if I use the Junior Portable Wheelchair on a sidewalk that has been cleared of snow?

Answer: It is not recommended to drive in or on snow, but if the sidewalk is completely cleared of snow you might be able to drive the sidewalk, but we would highly recommend against that due to potential moisture being built upon the wheelchair and ultimately damaging it.
