Batteries and Performance
Using high quality Lithium Ion batteries, the power source is lightweight and can be removed from the chair to shed even further weight.

Battery Range
It takes 6 to 8 hours to fully charge the included battery, and the foldable power wheelchair can then travel up to 12 miles on that one battery charge. With additional batteries, the power mobility device can travel even further.

Speed
The Karman Tranzit Go Foldable Lightweight Power Wheelchair can travel at speeds up to 3.75 mph.

Seats
To keep the portable power wheelchair as lightweight as possible, this powered folding mobility chair does not offer all of the adjustability features you would see in a conventional power wheelchair. However, the seat and seatback are padded for comfort. The supporting arms are also padded. This saves space without sacrificing comfort.

Frame
When folded, the Karman Tranzit Go Foldable Lightweight Power Wheelchair can be lifted in one piece into the vehicle. The wheels, motor, footboard, and electronics remain attached to the frame when folded. Weighing only 42 lbs. without the battery attached, the power wheelchair supports up to 264 lbs.

Turning Radius
The turning radius is the amount of free space required in each direction around the wheelchair when turning a complete circle. To calculate the radius, one half of the total circle diameter is calculated. The Karman Tranzit Go Foldable Lightweight Power Wheelchair has a turning radius of 31.5".
