The system is easy to operate and provides pressure below areas with capillary occlusion. It gives continuous air therapy support and replaces a mattress system. A lightweight, compact control unit for the system is constructed with a Thermoplastic 94V-0 fire-retardant enclosure, compressor or blower, main PCB, display panel, short circuit /over voltage protection, quick connection and disconnection for CPR deflation, coupling connector with real time pressure monitoring technology sensors, and a 10 - 14 ft, detachable 16 AWG hospital grade power cord. Products require up to an 8 week lead time from order.

K-6oem AIRE-TURN Rotation with On-Demand LAL Pressure System comes with a control unit and mattress. The control unit is an innovative micro-controller with RTPM sensor capabilities. Easy-to-use software permits user to make changes to pressures, times, and functions. The control panel on the unit is designed with dome keys and LED display, which features current mode, rotation times and angles, and patient comfort level (Soft 0 to Firm 9). Once the goal pressure has been reached, the pump shuts off. Low Air Loss relief can be switched on or off. Both static and alternating pressure therapies are available to help patient have optimal comfort. The control unit also has a lock out key, which prevents patient from tampering with the settings and power switch.

K-6oem AIRE-TURN Rotation with On-Demand LAL Pressure System's mattresses are constructed with durable, urethane-coated nylon air cushions. They are 16/20 cell mattresses to make sure patients receive optimal rotation therapy with proper pressure. The built-in side bolsters are easily inflated and deflated to help patients get in/out of bed and make it simple to perform procedures. These bolsters also help contain patient to the bed if patient is prone to moving or rolling. Each mattress has a top layer that is made with a low-friction and low-shear material to help patient maintain comfort and avoid irritation. All parts, such as manifold, hose, cushions, top sheet, and base, can be easily detached and laundered.

In the case of a CPR emergency, there is a quick connection for rapid deflation. This connection is located next to the right, bottom side, close to the hose assembly connection.
If the control unit needs to be cleaned, make sure it is turned off and disconnected from a power source.

DO NOT HEAT, STEAM AUTOCLAVE, OR IMMERSE THE CONTROL UNIT IN LIQUIDS

When the system is not in use, store the control unit in a plastic bag to keep it free of dust and debris. The mattress easily rolls or folds up and also needs to be stored in a plastic bag to keep it clean.
