Product Overview:

Southpaw's Suspended Pediatric Flexion Swinging T-Bar challenges flexion patterns while also addressing bilateral strength, and providing vestibular stimulation through rotational and orbital movement patterns. Designed in the shape of an upside down T, the therapy swing accommodates clients in a sitting position on the horizontal portion of the swing. Clients can also hang from the horizontal portion of the swing using the arms for support. A therapist can use a control strap to move the swing, or the client can self propel themselves using their own body weight. The Suspended Pediatric Flexion Swinging T-Bar is available with a Vertical Stimulation Device that provides a controlled bounce for vestibular stimulation.
Notice: This unique custom fabricated item is made-to-order using a "Just in Time" manufacturing process. This is designed to keep your cost lower, but may require an additional delay due to global shortages: up to a 6-8 Week lead time before your product ships.

More Information

The Suspended Pediatric Flexion Swinging T-Bar is a versatile therapy swing that can be used with 2 child-sized clients at once for fun and socialization. Using the T-Bar Swing in combination with a multisensory crash pit provides a fun and therapeutic activity. Clients can hold onto the bottom of the T-Bar with their arms while the therapist hoists them over the crash pit. Clients can then fall or jump off of the T-Bar for a crash and burn effect that helps regulate clients with Sensory Processing Disorder (SPD). This form of heavy work provides not only vestibular but proprioceptive input as well.
