The stretcher features built-in chest, hip and leg restraint straps that help keep an agitated patient firmly and securely in place during a difficult rescue. The patient is contained within the stretcher, allowing safe transport through narrow passes, down stairways or through hazardous areas. Six carry handles also make this job easier.

The stretcher is made from solid oak slat supports enveloped in a heavy-duty flame-resistant vinyl-coated nylon with electronically welded seams, making it both strong and durable, and impervious to penetration by bodily fluids.

Emergency responders who are called upon to remove mentally unstable or agitated persons will be able to do so with this stretcher, keeping both themselves and the person being rescued safe.
