More Information
The EZ-BATHE Inflatable Body Washing Basin is designed to bring the bath to the patient, facilitating comfortable and dignified full-body bathing for individuals up to 6-foot 2-inches while lying in bed. For less ambulatory patients, this can save a lot of time and effort for both the patient and caregiver; rather than transferring the patient to a mobility aid or transfer device and then to a bath or other bathing aid and then back again, this bath mattress can be deflated and slid under the patient in their bed and then inflated around them. A two-gallon wet/dry vacuum is included with the mattress and can be used to both inflate and deflate the mattress quickly and easily.
The mattress is outfitted with an integrated cushion that also inflates to elevate the patient's head, making it easier to shampoo and condition, and also ensuring the patient is as comfortable as possible throughout the entire bathing process. A 25-foot hose connects to any standard tap and features a showerhead that makes washing and rinsing off much easier and more enjoyable for the patient; a 25-foot drainage hose is also included which utilizes a valve for flow control. The valve can be turned all the way off to allow the basin to fill with water for immersive bathing or it can be completely on, draining water constantly as the showerhead adds more for constant showering.

Answer: I found the following instructions in the EZ Bathe Instructions PDF:
To make installation quick and easy (and to eliminate the use of tools), PUSH-IN HOSE FITTINGS are located on the HAND-HELD SHOWER and on the FAUCET ADAPTER.
1. Determine the correct hose length needed. a. The hose can be cut to any length that is most convenient for your use. NOTE: Cut hose as squarely as possible.
2. Insert one end of the SHOWER HOSE into the PUSH-IN HOSE FITTING located on the FAUCET ADAPTER by simply pushing the end of the hose past the HOSE RELEASE RING and into the QUICK CONNECT HOSE FITTING (see diagram above). Push and hold the HOSE RELEASE RING until friction is felt as the tube slides past the o-ring. NOTE: Using a slight twisting motion while inserting the tube is often helpful.
